At Cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent and inspiring. We are currently seeking a creative and strategic Senior Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design and branding. This role is pivotal to our mission of enhancing the user experience and refining our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design, a keen eye for detail, and a track record of leading successful design projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our designs fresh and innovative
  • Define and maintain the visual identity and branding guidelines of cozycozy
  • Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints, including the website, mobile apps, CRM and other marketing materials
  • Oversee the design and optimization of user interfaces across all digital platforms
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are both functional and visually appealing
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Develop project timelines, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing
  • Communicate design ideas and rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and branding, with experience in a senior or lead role
  • Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to completion
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and engaging designs
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
