Having separated its technology environment, the focus now is on scaling and modernising enterprise systems to drive measurable business value and EBITDA growth. This is not a data leadership role focused on reporting or governance. This is about turning data into a commercial asset at enterprise scale. We're working with this global organisation at a pivotal point moving from fragmented data capability to a connected, insight-led, product-driven business. They need a Global Head of Data to define and execute a strategy that enables scalable digital services, analytics products, and AI-powered capabilities. This is for a leader who can move beyond architecture, governance and theory and industrialise data to create real commercial impact.
