As our Global Head of Central Operations, you’ll build and run the operating engine of Blank Street. As we scale across markets, your job is to design the standards, tools, and ways of working that will let us grow without ever compromising on the quality of the experience. This is one of the most influential roles in the company. You'll sit at the center of the business, reporting to the Founders and working closely with senior leaders, with real ownership over how Blank Street operates day to day across all markets. This role has a clear path to becoming our future VP of Central Operations and ultimately COO as the business grows.

Requirements:

  • You’ve helped scale a complex, fast-growing business (tech, consumer, marketplaces, or multi-site operations)
  • 2+ years in a top-tier consulting role (MBB preferred)
  • 4+ years in a hands-ons operations role at: high-growth startups or scale-ups or hospitality, retail, F&B
  • Fluent with productivity and operations software (Notion, Asana, Slack, AI tools) and excited to use technology to work smarter
