Fever for Business is a start-up within the unicorn – a hyper-growth organization democratizing access to culture and live entertainment for corporate and institutional clients. Reporting to the Global VP, you'll scale a world-class Account Development organization globally, representing the Talent and Revenue engine of the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and shape the global GTM for Account Development at Fever for Business across the top and middle of the funnel
  • Scale the Account Development function by hiring, onboarding & developing high-potential ADRs and AD Managers
  • Shape the future of Fever for Business as part of the global Leadership team
  • Design and implement our outbound playbook across ICP segmentation, messaging, cadences, territory design, outreach sequences, ensuring repeatability and scalability
  • Ensure inbound excellence: set SLA, lead routing, qualification standards, conversion benchmarks, and ensure consistent lead follow-up across markets
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations and Product to align GTM strategy, outbound/inbound campaigns, funnel metrics, and territory operations
  • Define and monitor success metrics: pipeline value, conversion rates, rep productivity & ramp, outbound/inbound performance, and global pipeline health

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling Account Development / SDR / lead-generation teams in a fast-growing SaaS, tech-enabled sales or B2B environment
  • 2nd line Leadership experience a strong plus
  • Track record in owning and consistently overachieving pipeline and revenue targets
  • Experience in hiring and coaching entry-level talent across international markets
  • Deep understanding of building culture and employee engagement through value-driven Leadership
  • Strong track record owning outbound and inbound pipeline engines, ideally across multiple segments and geographies
  • Ability to build processes, define metrics, and lead a data-driven, consistently performing team
  • Comfortable working closely with Regional Heads, Marketing, Partnerships, and Ops to shape GTM
  • Entrepreneurial DNA: commercial, resourceful, creative, fearless, with a growth mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or equivalent strategic/analytical background strongly preferred
  • Fluency in English required
  • German, French, and Spanish a strong plus
