Global Head of Advisory and Quality

Reporting to the Global Head of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), the Global Head of Advisory & Quality, CLM, is responsible for ensuring a global consistent and quality implementation of Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes across all stages of the clients’ lifecycle, whilst maintaining the highest of standards with respect to adherence to HSBC and GPB policies and procedures. The role holder will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in interpreting regulatory, policy and procedural requirements in relation to the CDD process. They will work with GPB markets to ensure a consistent and quality approach of implementing said requirements and act as an advisor for all CDD procedural matters which require a global view. The role holder will identify, propose solutions and implement enhancements to the CDD process whilst ensuring full adherence to all CDD requirements, in order to support GPB’s strategic growth ambitions and improve client experience.
