As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to experience, learn and develop your skills within the HR team for the global functions (mainly Supply Chain) and Coty’s Total Reward Pay Transparency project team based in our head office in Amsterdam. In this role you will have a great opportunity to acquire a solid understanding of the different processes and supporting technologies at Coty.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and support the organization of the global HR teams based in Amsterdam and in other locations, for example Barcelona
  • Contribute to projects/initiatives from one or more of the global functions, for example in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion or recruitment
  • Build a dedicated global functions communication calendar and produce any related communication activities relevant to the functions
  • Identify creative ways of fostering engagement and collaboration in the team
  • Coordinate, facilitate and assist in relevant training for the functions
  • Co-develop people related training on the dedicated supporting functions on Coty Academy, our learning system
  • Support digital capability development initiatives
  • Coordinate community of Digital Ambassadors
  • Support People review preparation
  • Maintain and improve monthly data dashboards and ad hoc reports/analysis
  • Identify opportunities to automate and harmonize further the data report and dashboard
  • Improve key data points in our Success factors HR system
  • Conduct research on best practices, requirements and trends with the ability to effectively summarise key findings to support development of new initiatives and solutions
  • Support with data preparation, pay gap analysis tasks and compliance documentation
  • Help coordinate meetings and maintain project materials and timelines
  • Assist in creating presentations, communication drafts and training materials
  • Investigate automation and AI solutions to enhance the project impact from a user and audience experience perspective
  • If and where appropriate, the intern could be asked to support other HRBP tasks, including those that benefit their understanding of the HR role and/or are part of their internship assignment

Requirements:

  • Have a rampant passion for HR
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program, for example in Business Administration or a specialization in human resources
  • Understand general HR processes, policies and regulatory information
  • Have teamwork and project management skills
  • Be comfortable working with data, Excel and AI / automation tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work in an international work environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must
  • Fluent in English
