We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fixed line customer orders, from validation and feasibility to network provisioning and closure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and first-time-right order placement across multiple workflow and inventory systems, while working closely with sales, feasibility, planning, and network teams.
Job Responsibility
Create and manage customer orders and associated attributes within workflow systems, adhering to agreed SLAs and quality standards
Validate internal and external customer requests against defined checklists, generate order tracking references, and maintain accurate customer information in tracking tools
Enrich digitally received orders using approved tools and store customer order forms, site lists, and technical documents in central repositories
Confirm solution feasibility in line with customer requirements by using feasibility tools and collaborating closely with feasibility teams
Analyse customer requirements to ensure availability of technical documentation and pricing before raising orders in workflow systems
Track and follow up on exceptions with order originators to ensure timely resolution
Share KCI templates with originators, providing validated order-related information
Review supplier quotes for financial margin and commercial viability, and raise purchase orders in SAP accordingly
Create customer locations, devices, and third-party network block boxes, and configure VRFs in L3 NNIs, SD-WAN bearers, and Internet Gateway platforms
Build end-to-end circuits in transmission inventory systems and generate work action groups for SDH builds, cross-connects, and field engineering activities
Model end-to-end customer circuits from network sites to customer locations, creating technical routing, access, and service configurations, and generate circuit references for IP, SD-WAN, and Internet networks
Update circuit references across inventory systems and close related workflow tasks accurately
Escalate process or product issues to the Front-End Manager and remain accountable for the accuracy of order-related systems
Manage planning and circuit-writing queries effectively, respond to emails in a timely manner, and contribute ideas for continuous process improvement
Collaborate closely with solution sales, feasibility planners, and order workflow managers to enable first-time-right order placement
Requirements
Strong understanding of telecom fixed line products, technologies, and operational systems
Knowledgeable in SDH, IP, and routing and switching concepts
Comfortable interpreting basic financial and non-financial metrics related to profit and loss performance
Experienced with 2 to 3 years in an operational role within a telecom environment, supported by a full-time university degree
A clear communicator with a strong customer focus and the ability to adapt to workload peaks in a fast-paced sales environment
