We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fixed line customer orders, from validation and feasibility to network provisioning and closure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and first-time-right order placement across multiple workflow and inventory systems, while working closely with sales, feasibility, planning, and network teams.
Job Responsibility:
Create and manage customer orders and associated attributes within workflow systems
Validate internal and external customer requests against defined checklists
Enrich digitally received orders using approved tools
Confirm solution feasibility in line with customer requirements
Analyse customer requirements to ensure availability of technical documentation and pricing
Track and follow up on exceptions with order originators
Share KCI templates with originators
Review supplier quotes for financial margin and commercial viability
Create customer locations, devices, and third-party network block boxes
Build end-to-end circuits in transmission inventory systems
Model end-to-end customer circuits from network sites to customer locations
Update circuit references across inventory systems
Escalate process or product issues to the Front-End Manager
Manage planning and circuit-writing queries effectively
Collaborate closely with solution sales, feasibility planners, and order workflow managers
Requirements:
Strong understanding of telecom fixed line products, technologies, and operational systems
Knowledgeable in SDH, IP, and routing and switching concepts
Comfortable interpreting basic financial and non-financial metrics
2-3 years of operational experience in telecom environment
Full-time university degree
Clear communicator with strong customer focus
Ability to adapt to workload peaks
Familiarity with JavaScript or Python for basic automation or scripting tasks
