Job Description

This role is responsible for managing, accounting, and reporting fixed asset activities within the Shared Service Center environment. This includes ensuring compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP), maintaining accurate asset records, preparing reconciliations, and supporting audits and reporting cycles. The candidate required to handle fixed asset scopes for APAC region. 1. Fixed Asset Management Maintain accurate global fixed asset records (additions, disposals, transfers, adjustments). Track and monitor movement of fixed assets, including tagging and physical verification. Ensure proper classification and coding of assets across cross‑functional teams. 2. Accounting & Reporting Prepare manual journals with adequate supporting documentation. Perform depreciation calculations and monitor depreciation schedules. Complete fixed asset account reconciliations in Blackline within deadlines. Provide monthly fixed asset reports, flux analyses, and related financial reporting. 3. Compliance & Audit Support Ensure adherence to US GAAP, corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audit requests related to asset accounting. 4. Process Improvement & Projects Identify and implement continuous process improvements in fixed asset workflows. Support local, regional, and global projects, including system and process enhancements.
