Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Global Financial Institutions Trade Leader who will drive strategic growth by leading a global team focused on sourcing and expanding client relationships across specialized Trade Finance products. This role combines client engagement, complex deal structuring, and cross-functional collaboration with the Corporate Banks and Global Payments teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop teams of individual contributors or managers sourcing new clients or growing existing relationships
Interact directly with external clients and develop a team to anticipate and understand clients' businesses
Organize sales activities for prospective clients and develop marketing strategy
Manage moderately complex or strategic multi-product specialty transactions
Resolve internal escalations and represent the company externally
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Collaborate with and consult with all levels of professionals
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Develop and guide a culture of talent development
Lead the team to review and analyze client portfolios

Requirements:

6+ years of secured and/or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management or leadership experience
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Successful business leader experienced in leading large-scale cross-functional teams
Strong collaborative leadership style
Demonstrated success in developing and executing on a strategic vision
Ability to set expectations and communicate effectively
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to have:

Ability to increase effectiveness and performance by assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring, and appraising results
