Job Description

This is a fixed-term contract to cover an employee on maternity leave. The Balance Sheet Governance (BSG) Senior Analyst within the Analytics and Delivery team is a strategic professional who is responsible for delivering process efficiencies for BSG and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user friendly applications to access Balance Sheet data. The Analytics and Delivery team helps change the way we run Balance Sheet Governance by working with the wider teams to streamline processes, optimize financial performance and improve operational effectiveness through strong project management and business analysis, whilst ensuring sustainability.

Job Responsibility

  • Contributes to the governance of the balance sheet
  • Individual analytical work as well as partnership across teams to identify solutions to business inquiries in a timely manner and own the implementation / execution steps to autonomously drive open issues to completion
  • Directs project prioritization, platform direction, and future state planning and strategic direction
  • Exposure into various facets of Risk and Finance Processes within Citi
  • interacting with various levels within the organization
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working for a financial services organization
  • 5+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience
  • Working knowledge of Citigroup Balance Sheet Attestation tool eRecon
  • Working knowledge of Citigroup Financial Systems (PEARL / GENESIS / Etc.)
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Balance Sheet and P&L
  • Bachelors degree
  • Project Management qualification, e.g. PMI
