Global Finance Transformation Lead\n6 Month Contract\nLocation: Home / London (onsite 2/3 days a week)\nRate: £800 - £900 per day (Inside IR35)\n\nSkills: Finance Transformation, R2R, P2P, O2C, ERP (NetSuite or similar), Global Process Ownership\n\nWe are looking to recruit a Global Finance Transformation Lead for a global software company. My client are undergoing a global finance transformation, centred around a NetSuite implementation.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are working with a leading technology organisation undergoing a significant global finance transformation. As part of this journey, they are looking to appoint a Global Finance Transformation Lead to shape and deliver a standardised, efficient, and well-controlled finance operating model across multiple entities and regions.\n\nThis is a high-impact role, operating at the centre of finance, systems, and process change — with ownership of end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and responsibility for driving ERP-enabled transformation at scale.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will act as a key partner to senior finance leadership, leading the delivery of a global transformation roadmap across process, systems, controls, and data.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nLeading global finance transformation initiatives across R2R, P2P and O2C\nOwning process design and standardisation across multiple entities and regions\nManaging and developing Global Process Owners, ensuring alignment and accountability\nDriving ERP transformation (NetSuite or similar), acting as the authority on process design and governance\nEstablishing and monitoring KPIs to improve process performance and financial close efficiency\nLeading change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across global teams\nEnsuring strong financial controls and compliance with accounting standards\n\nAbout You\n\nStrong experience across Finance Operations (R2R, P2P or O2C)\nProven track record in finance transformation, ideally within multi-entity organisations\nExperience delivering ERP implementations or optimisation programmes (NetSuite highly desirable)\nAbility to design and implement standardised global processes\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level\nExperience leading teams or workstreams within complex transformation programmes\nCommercial mindset with a focus on driving efficiency and business value\n\nWhy Apply?\n\nOpportunity to lead a global finance transformation programme\nHigh visibility role with influence across finance, technology, and leadership teams\nAbility to shape process, systems, and operating model from the ground up\nJoin a growing organisation investing heavily in transformation and continuous improvement
