Job Description:

Seasoned and strategic Center of Excellence (CoE) manager to drive transformation across our global finance organization. This role will lead the design, implementation, and governance of CoEs in areas such as Accounts Payable, Credit & Collections, Reconciliations, and Automation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute the CoE charter
  • Lead implementation phases across various areas including AP, AR, Intercompany, Tax, Reconciliations and Automation
  • Develop and enforce CoE frameworks, KPIs, and best practices
  • Collaborate across finance organization to ensure seamless integration and support
  • Build and mentor functional CoE leads and members
  • Help Develop and oversee training and reward systems
  • Drive continuous improvement, risk reduction, and workforce optimization
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities / tools
  • Deliver structured reporting on CoE performance and service level improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years in finance
  • Proven leadership in Shared Service Centers (SSC) and/or CoEs
  • Big 4 experience strongly preferred
  • Exposure to global finance operations and compliance
  • Ability to define vision and align CoE goals with organizational strategy
  • Skilled in navigating organizational change, stakeholder engagement and resistance mitigation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) and automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflows)
  • Capable of setting KPIs, tracking ROI, and using metrics to guide continuous improvement

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience running a CoE or SSC across multiple regions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
