Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Global ESG and DE&I Manager to lead global ESG initiatives for a key international client. This is a high-impact role for a consultative leader with a strong understanding of all elements of ESG, particularly food waste, carbon emissions, and the environmental impact of hospitality operations. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, using dashboards and data-led insights to drive meaningful discussion and action!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Occupational Health, or a related field
  • advanced degree desirable
  • 5+ years experience in ESG, sustainability, inclusion, or related leadership roles, ideally within complex or global organisations
  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability metrics, and hospitality-related environmental impacts
  • Proven experience using data and dashboards to drive conversations and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
