Provide expert leadership and guidance across international operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a Global Subject Matter Expert on environmental legislation, providing operational teams with expert guidance and technical support
  • Maintain Licensing & Regulatory Compliance by coordinating with the wider HSE team and local management
  • Deliver the Global HSE Strategy in alignment with business goals
  • Lead HSE Audits and Standards Compliance, ensuring ISO certifications are upheld

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management or a related scientific or technical field
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience within medium to high-risk environments, ideally across multiple sites or regions
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence and elevate safety culture across complex, multisite or international organisations
