Provide expert leadership and guidance across international operations. Support the implementation of key initiatives that ensure compliance, enable operational excellence, and align with broader business objectives. Work hands-on with operational teams at all global locations, advising on best practices and helping shape a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a Global Subject Matter Expert on environmental legislation, providing operational teams with expert guidance and technical support
Maintain Licensing & Regulatory Compliance by coordinating with the wider HSE team and local management
Deliver the Global HSE Strategy in alignment with business goals
Lead HSE Audits and Standards Compliance, ensuring ISO certifications are upheld
Monitor Performance & Lead Initiatives by managing KPIs, reporting systems, and driving global HSE improvement projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management or a related scientific or technical field
10+ years of hands-on experience within medium to high-risk environments, ideally across multiple sites or regions
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence and elevate safety culture across complex, multisite or international organisations
