Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of organizational data across SAP SF/CEDB systems for all markets
  • Maintain and update organizational structures, roles, and reporting lines in line with global data governance standards
  • Collaborate with HR, business leaders, market admins, and IT on org data quality, updates, and system changes
  • Develop and enforce global standards, procedures, and best practices for org data management
  • Provide training and ongoing support to Local HR teams and SAP SF/CEDB Admins to ensure consistent process execution
  • Participate in system enhancements and HR system implementation projects impacting organizational data

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of data governance, organizational design, and multi-country HR environments
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to ensure data accuracy
  • Experience collaborating with HR, business leaders, and IT stakeholders in an international setting
  • Ability to manage audits, resolve data issues, and proactively improve processes
  • Strong communication and training skills for supporting diverse stakeholder groups
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
