We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Global E-Commerce Content + SEO Coordinator to join a fast-paced global digital team supporting major product launches and digital campaigns across international markets. This role sits at the intersection of creative development, digital merchandising, and global execution—ensuring high-impact content is developed, optimized, and delivered seamlessly across e-commerce platforms worldwide. You will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of digital assets, from creative briefing and photoshoot logistics to SEO optimization, platform distribution, and global market implementation. Job Responsibility

  • Master Asset Management: Own and maintain the Master Asset List (MAL), the central roadmap outlining campaign assets, messaging, product inclusions, and technical specifications
  • Project & Timeline Tracking: Translate campaign requirements into project management tools (Wrike) to generate deliverables, coordinate feedback, and ensure global deadlines are met
  • Global Market Enablement: Develop launch toolkits and E-Commerce Launch Books to equip international teams with the content and guidance needed to execute campaigns locally
  • Photoshoot Coordination: Support photoshoot preparation including product inventory management, formula tracking, and coordination of product samples
  • Digital Copywriting: Assist with development of campaign messaging and SEO-driven content, leveraging AI tools to scale production while maintaining a strong brand voice
  • SEO Blog Management: Support the planning, development, and publication of SEO blog content—from editorial coordination to optimization and publishing
  • Organic Growth Strategy: Help drive quarterly SEO content initiatives designed to strengthen brand authority, increase visibility, and grow organic traffic
  • Content Distribution: Upload and organize final assets within the Digital Asset Management system (OPERA) and ensure content is accessible to global markets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital content coordination, e-commerce operations, project management, or digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree required
