Global & Domestic Mobility Advisor BAE Systems | Preston or Frimley | Hybrid (3–4 days onsite)\n\n6-month contract with strong extension potential\n37 hours per week\n£13.94 PAYE\nInside IR35\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Global & Domestic Mobility Advisor to join BAE Systems within their People Services function. This is a fast-paced, admin-focused role supporting UK domestic mobility operations, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume workloads.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare assignment letters, compensation statements and costings for employee moves
  • Manage workload trackers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Coordinate vendor activity and ensure all processes meet KPI and SLA timelines
  • Support annual salary and allowance reviews for assignees
  • Handle ad hoc business requests and cyclical activities in line with deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and data governance standards
  • Contribute to process improvements and support wider team projects

  • Drive the global mobility strategy and roadmap to ensure international assignment, immigration, relocation, and tax policies and practices align with business and talent strategies, as well as the desired employee experience.
  • Oversee the mobility program, including international assignments, international and domestic relocations, immigration, cross-border work arrangements, and all related tax and cost considerations.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor, providing pragmatic, business-aligned guidance to global stakeholders, including high-profile talent acquisitions, permanent C-suite moves, and business travel.
