The Global Discipline Delivery Lead is an intermediate level position responsible for employee discipline matters and HR support in coordination with Human Resources teams and Control Functions.The overall objective of this role is to manage a range of HR services related to disciplinary actions and accountability framework within Citi, globally.
Job Responsibility:
Manage discipline related matters timely and effectively utilizing Citi's case management system in compliance with standards and procedures
Provide guidance to managers on discipline related policies and liaise with HR Generalists, Advisors, other Human Resources teams and business managers to identify issues and recommend timely solutions
Drive consistent application of process controls, ensure quality documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures
Manage escalated issues and ensure they are solved with urgency and employment policies, compliance standards are interpreted and applied consistently across global taxonomies and regions
Provide guidance on complex discipline matters and engage appropriate stakeholders on resolution
Assist with monthly monitoring reviews and remediations
Manage on-boarding for new joiners and training related to process changes
Partner with compliance and surveillance groups to provide HR support as it relates to employee discipline
Use judgement and initiative to address and/or escalate requests in a timely manner
Own process and training documents to reflect enhancements and process changes
Lead team's initiatives, projects, process improvement efforts
Support recommendations, monitor completion of HR process and policy improvements using operational metrics and other key performance indicators
Identify issue trends and partner with management and respective teams to implement solutions
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Requirements:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Experience in Human Resources, employee relations or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Management Systems
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with remote locations
