As our Global Director – Supply Chain, you’ll drive and optimise the entire supply chain network from supplier management and production through to sustainability, procurement, and logistics, to deliver high quality, trend driven, and ethically sourced products to customers across the globe. With a production base in China and Vietnam and a rapidly expanding presence in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia, this role is pivotal to ensuring speed to market, consistent quality, and scalable growth, all while driving impact across profitability, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with Princess Polly’s commercial and sustainability goals
  • Build and mentor high-performing, cross-regional teams that drive accountability and innovation
  • Manage supplier relationships across Asia and new sourcing markets, ensuring quality, speed, and ethical compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation to strengthen end-to-end visibility
  • Embed responsible sourcing and lower-impact materials into every step of our supply chain
  • Oversee air and sea freight strategies, customs, and last-mile delivery, balancing cost with speed to market
  • Manage tariff engineering, duty optimization, and trade compliance to protect margins and uphold ethical standards
  • Partner with Buying, Planning, Finance, DC Operations, and Sustainability teams to drive data-led decisions and agile responses to market demand

Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience in global supply chain leadership, ideally in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Proven success managing supply chains across Asia (China, Vietnam) and new sourcing regions
  • Expertise in logistics, tariff engineering, and international trade compliance
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing cost, quality, and speed to market
  • Track record in sustainable procurement and ethical sourcing practices
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing global teams
  • Proficiency in ERP or supply chain systems and data-driven decision-making
