Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Global Director of Technical Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition teams, in partnership with our regional TA leaders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can thrive in a rapidly changing environment, has experience building technology teams, and who seamlessly blends high-level planning with hands-on execution, while providing data driven insights to evaluate and enhance the way we attract, engage, hire and retain talent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define global technical talent acquisition strategy
  • Build strong relationships with business partners
  • Mentor & inspire talent acquisition partners and talent operations on best practices
  • Set key metrics and KPIs for talent acquisition team
  • Create strategies for building a qualified, diverse pipeline
  • Build a head count, hiring and resource strategy
