We are seeking an accomplished Global Director of Tax to lead and elevate our worldwide tax function. This executive‑level role shapes global tax strategy drives compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Job Responsibility:
Lead the organization’s global tax planning strategy, advising on cross‑border transactions, restructurings, expansions, and strategic business initiatives
Identify and execute opportunities to optimize global tax positions while ensuring full compliance
Drive readiness and implementation for emerging global tax standards, including OECD Pillar Two
Partner with Treasury to enhance global cash flow strategies and capital structure efficiency
Support M& A activity through tax due diligence, structuring, modeling, and integration planning
Oversee timely and accurate tax filings across domestic and international jurisdictions
Lead preparation and review of global tax provisions, deferred tax assets/liabilities, and year‑end reporting
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP/ASC 740 and all relevant local statutory reporting requirements
Manage global transfer pricing policies and documentation (Master File/Local File)
Optimize U.S. international tax attributes—including GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, and Foreign Tax Credits—to minimize global tax leakage
Support the development of tax‑efficient entity structures for international expansion
Direct federal, state, and international tax audits, ensuring accurate documentation and defensible tax positions
Liaise with tax authorities, external auditors, and outside advisors to minimize financial exposure
Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing global tax team capable of supporting complex, multinational operations
Translate complex technical tax concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and cross‑functional teams
Champion automation and modern tax technology to streamline data management, improve accuracy, and accelerate close cycles
Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency by replacing manual processes with scalable, tech‑forward solutions
Requirements:
Proven expertise in preparing annual income tax provisions with a high level of accuracy
Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance, including regulatory filing and reporting
Proficiency in using tax software systems, such as ATX Tax Software
Strong understanding of corporate income tax laws and regulations
Ability to analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic solutions
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
CPA certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax management or a similar role
