Job Description

We are seeking a Global Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Development to lead Acast's communication with the global investor community and to play a key role in shaping our strategic direction. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will ensure our equity story is clear, compelling, and consistently communicated while supporting major strategic and financial initiatives across the company.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive Acast’s investor relations strategy, managing communication around financial performance, growth outlook, and strategic priorities
  • Lead key investor moments, including quarterly results, earnings calls, conferences, and annual reporting process
  • Own the Business Plan financial model
  • Produce analysis that guides decision-making
  • Support the evaluation of acquisitions and other growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience from investment banking, top-tier consulting, corporate development, strategy, or investor relations, ideally within a high-growth setting
  • Strong capital markets experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of financial analysis and modeling
  • Analytical, collaborative, and proactive
