Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director, ENT Global Product Marketing, this Global Product Marketing Manager position is an experienced level product marketing position that will be a highly interactive and key player in Quadient Digital’s future growth. As a member of our global product marketing team, the selected candidate will work closely with other Global Product Marketing Managers, Product Management and Marketing to execute on Quadient’s Digital go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our solutions. They’ll work closely with our customer facing teams, sales enablement, and operations (presales, professional services teams, customer success teams) to effectively position the value and message for our products and solutions, highlighting the differentiation of our offerings from our competition and heavily contribute to driving the success of the solutions in market.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the future direction and investment strategy for ENT products, working with the Market and Competitive Intelligence Product Marketing team to collect and analyze market intelligence and then creating and promoting business cases where necessary, to ensure that Quadient’s Digital roadmap remains relevant to current and future customers
  • Defining the positioning, core messaging, and solution business model of the Digital ENT solution portfolio to support sales enablement and outbound GTM and marketing activities
  • Working with the Outbound GTM Product Market teams to advise on program proposals and promotions activities to accelerate growth
  • Defining pricing and packaging depending on the routes-to-market
  • In collaboration with other team members, drive all activities required to analyze market feedback and opportunities on the Digital ENT portfolio and segments, formulating market needs to product management
  • Define Digital ENT solution positioning, messaging, and unique value proposition, identifying and leading potential solution synergies to support growth of the Quadient Hub platform where appropriate from the product marketing & messaging front
  • Create strategic plan / 3YP and define the buyer persona, the use case, the applicable business model, and the pricing model for ENT products
  • Manage the full life cycle of existing solutions from concept, through investment case, and then on to the launch and any eventual end of life programs, working with other Product Marketing teams to advise on GTM activities
  • Define and track all relevant KPI’s and best practices to ensure the success of the business, driving cross-team and cross-regional collaboration
  • Gather customer feedback and best practice sharing to continuously improve the performance of the solution/GTM approach
  • Advise on incentive programs & promotional activities to achieve objectives
  • Collect and escalate customer and sales feedback to influence product roadmaps

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business/Marketing with a minimum of 5 years industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record of identifying market needs and translating them into investment cases and value propositions that result in sales growth
  • Understanding and/or experience in managing API-based software businesses
  • Highly organized with the ability to create and follow documented processes
  • High degree of time management skills and understanding of prioritization
  • Must be a motivated, team player who is results-oriented
  • Ability to be an innovative self-starter and positive change agent within the organization
  • Ability to influence, coach and develop sales teams directly and indirectly
  • Strong interpersonal ability to work closely with teams outside of Digital Product Marketing to support individual programs
  • Highly proficient with Office applications, Salesforce.com
