Job Description

As a Global Digital Communications Manager, you will lead our global marketing communications. You will own digital campaigns, social media, paid media, automation, content creation, and analytics, while managing a junior Social Media Manager. This is a chance to shape DentalMonitoring’s global brand presence and work in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute global communications and digital strategies
  • Lead social media, paid media, email campaigns, automated lead nurturing campaigns and reporting using analytics and automation tools
  • Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content in English, using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Manage, mentor, and support a junior Social Media Manager
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to ensure cohesive global campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality control across all communications

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, communications, or digital communications, ideally with international/global exposure
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) — with a proven ability to write, edit, and craft high-quality communications
  • Expertise in social media strategy, paid media, digital campaigns, marketing automation, and analytics
  • Strong editing, content creation, and visual design skills using Canva & Adobe
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation software suites (Hubspot, Pardot, etc.)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Master's degree and team management experience
  • Worked in MedTech or SaaS companies
