Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven Global Digital Commerce Manager to accelerate global digital and omnichannel growth for our Disinfection Division brands. With a consumer-first mindset, you will connect brand strategy with digital execution and ensure that every digital investment drives measurable pharmacy traffic, strong online visibility, and consistent omnichannel performance. With a primary focus on DACH and scalability across global markets, this role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, content, data, and channel strategy, making it a key driver of our growth agenda.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the global e-commerce and omnichannel strategy across pharmacies, marketplaces, retail, and D2C channels.
  • Ensure strong alignment between digital, sales, and pharmacy channel activities.
  • Drive qualified traffic, engagement, and conversion across online pharmacies and physical stores.
  • Shape data-driven customer journeys across search, content, media, and store-locator touchpoints.
  • Own digital shelf excellence, including content quality, visibility, SEO, compliance, and high-converting product pages.
  • Develop global toolkits and assets that enable local teams to execute impactful omnichannel campaigns and launches.
  • Track and optimize key e-commerce, social media, and omnichannel KPIs, while serving as business owner for Salesforce CRM and Sitecore CMS.
  • Partner closely with global, regional, and local teams to unlock growth and strengthen market execution.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in (global) digital marketing, e-commerce management, or omnichannel roles, ideally within OTC healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth across multiple markets, with strong knowledge of pharmacy and/or healthcare channels.
  • Hands-on experience with digital shelf management, marketplace platforms (Amazon, online pharmacies), and D2C environments.
  • Impressive communication and problem-solving aptitude
  • True team player
  • Fluent in English & German
