Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and report ecommerce performance regularly across channels in terms of sales, orders and other related metrics
  • Assist in gathering and analysing e-commerce data using tools like GA4 and Tableau to provide insights into customer behaviour, product performance, and sales trends
  • Support the preparation of presentation to keep the Top Management update on all relevant projects
  • Prepare post-events analysis to spot missing opportunities
  • Support sales and orders forecast process for key markets and regions
  • Build dashboards to support ecommerce team and stakeholders allowing them in taking more data-driven and informed decisions

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Management and/or any equivalent studies, eligible for a 6-month curricular internship
  • Analytical skills in Excel, Power Point, Outlook with a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous internship experience in a business analyst role within the e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus
  • Passion for the luxury fashion industry and e-commerce
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Support business operations across digital wallet partnerships, including partner-facing performance reporting, KPI tracking, and executive briefing materials
  • Identify and pilot opportunities to embed AI tools into team workflows (e.g., reporting automation, document drafting, knowledge management, tracking processes) and share best practices to enhance team productivity and scalability
  • Own cross-wallet reporting and analytics exercises–distilling insights from dashboard, identifying performance trends and risks, and owning internal performance communications and monthly KPI updates
