Job Description

As the Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning data into insight that drives smarter decisions across the business in one of our exciting global contracts! You’ll thrive on digging into complex datasets, creating clear and impactful reports, and delivering high-quality analysis to tight deadlines. Working closely with the our Global Partnerships team and key stakeholders, you’ll help shape best practice through robust sales and retention analysis.

Job Responsibility

  • Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources including Dynamics 365 (CRM), third-party databases, and surveys
  • Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate insights, trends, and recommendations
  • Deliver accurate and timely analysis to support sales, retention, safety, and sustainability initiatives
  • Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities within data, translating findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global country teams, supporting capability building through training and shared best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, business, or analytics
  • Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within sales, retention, or commercial environments
  • Strong capability in Excel and PowerBI (or similar data visualisation and reporting tools)
  • High numerical accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem solving
