Establishing a disciplined governance cadence, aligning inputs across functions and sites, and providing forward-looking analysis that highlights risks, opportunities, and trade-offs
Through structured scenario modelling and trusted advisory support, helping leaders anticipate change, challenge assumptions, and act with confidence
Requirements
Advanced data analysis, reporting, and SQL expertise
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, finance, and quality performance
Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights
Governance design, cadence ownership, and cross-functional coordination
Scenario modelling and forward-looking risk and opportunity assessment
Structured problem-solving and fact-based decision support
Strong stakeholder management and clear, confident communication
Commercial mindset combined with operational discipline
Relevant higher education degree in business, engineering, data analytics, finance, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in analytics, performance management, business intelligence, or a similar role
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in a global context
Experience supporting senior stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations
Ability to work across functions and geographies in a structured and collaborative way
Fluent written and spoken English
