Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and translating customer performance data across finance, operations, and quality into decision-grade insights. You work to prepare, frame, and support decisions with material commercial and operational impact. You establish a strong governance cadence and act as a fact-based advisor to senior stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions across the customer account.

  • Establishing a disciplined governance cadence, aligning inputs across functions and sites, and providing forward-looking analysis that highlights risks, opportunities, and trade-offs
  • Through structured scenario modelling and trusted advisory support, helping leaders anticipate change, challenge assumptions, and act with confidence

Requirements

  • Advanced data analysis, reporting, and SQL expertise
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, finance, and quality performance
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights
  • Governance design, cadence ownership, and cross-functional coordination
  • Scenario modelling and forward-looking risk and opportunity assessment
  • Structured problem-solving and fact-based decision support
  • Strong stakeholder management and clear, confident communication
  • Commercial mindset combined with operational discipline
  • Relevant higher education degree in business, engineering, data analytics, finance, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in analytics, performance management, business intelligence, or a similar role
  • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in a global context
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Ability to work across functions and geographies in a structured and collaborative way
  • Fluent written and spoken English
