Job Description

As Global Cost of Energy Program Manager (m/f/d), you will strengthen the Global Cost of Energy (COE) Program and contribute to improving the competitiveness of our wind turbines across their lifecycle. In this role, you work cross‑functionally with teams across the value chain and drive initiatives that deliver commercial impact. You act as a central point of coordination within the program office and support decision making at executive level.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive key activities within the COE Program as part of the program office in Hamburg or Pamplona
  • Contribute to the conceptual development and continuous improvement of the COE Program
  • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional working groups to achieve their COE targets
  • Identify, challenge and prioritize COE ideas to improve commercial outcomes
  • Assess the commercial impact of technological solutions and prepare decision proposals
  • Remove roadblocks, align stakeholders and prepare clear communication for senior leadership
  • Act as the central COE contact for teams such as Sales, Engineering, Procurement, PM, Service, Product Development and Product Strategy

Requirements

  • University degree in engineering or business disciplines, or equivalent
  • Several years of relevant experience in the wind industry or performance improvement programs
  • Solid understanding of the Cost of Energy concept or willingness to develop this knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills combined with high social competence
  • Experience in commercial activities such as supplier or customer engagement, value stream analysis or cost controlling
  • Proven project management experience and structured working style
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Spanish or German are beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and cross‑functional teams
