Job Description:

The Global Content Production Lead is responsible for leading a global team of Content Producers, taking on accountability for sourcing and delivering the content needs across Movember's owned channels, year-round. The role works both proactively – leading on the delivery of content opportunities based on cultural trends and opportunities and audience insights – as well as reactively – leading the delivery of content needs of Movember’s different channel teams and squads. The role manages Movember’s regional Content Producers (Asia-Pacific, UK & EU and North America) and reports into the Head of Studio.

  • Leading a global team of Content Producers
  • Taking on accountability for sourcing and delivering the content needs across Movember's owned channels, year-round
  • Leading on the delivery of content opportunities based on cultural trends and opportunities and audience insights
  • Leading the delivery of content needs of Movember’s different channel teams and squads

  • Working with the Head of Studio to ensure the team is positioned to deliver on content requirements
  • Managing Movember’s regional Content Producers (Asia-Pacific, UK & EU and North America)
  • Working closely with internal Creative Studio and brand team to drive brand standards and ensure consistent content quality
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with Channel, Campaigns and Communications teams
  • Working on non-digital content requirements including partnership and print collateral
  • Ensuring Movember's content platforms and systems (Youtube, Asana, ADAM, roster of global production partners) run efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Prior experience managing a team in content, social media, marketing or similar
  • Significant experience owning and delivering a year-round content plan
  • Experience managing social media content production
  • Strong writing skills and a proven track record in managing content production
  • Adept at managing team workload and workflows in a project management platform (e.g. Asana)
  • Experience managing a budget and maximising outcomes with limited resources
  • Solid experience managing external production partners
  • Detailed knowledge of content performance measures
  • Experience with a digital asset management tool
  • Website CMS experience and working knowledge of other digital channels including email, YouTube and social media (incl. Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok)

  • Experience managing a global or remote team
