Job Responsibility:
Drive the global content strategy for Men in Mind, Movember's flagship men's mental health program for healthcare professionals
Lead global content strategy across the Health Systems portfolio, aligning with theory of change, funded deliverables, and organisational goals
Own end-to-end content production covering scenario-based learning, video assets, case studies, and interactive elements tailored for adult learners in healthcare settings
Drive international localisation, adapting language, clinical scenarios, and cultural references so content resonates with diverse healthcare workforces across markets
Translate evidence into impact by working with the Movember Institute to turn research insights and program learnings into accessible content for funders, policymakers, and the broader men's health sector
Engage diverse stakeholders, including lived experience advisors, First Nations and Indigenous communities, veterans, and LGBTIQA+ groups, to ensure content is inclusive and culturally responsive
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, studio, UX, and technical teams to integrate content into learning platforms, and partner with evaluation teams for continuous improvement
Ensure funding compliance, managing content planning and reporting against government and philanthropic agreements across all markets
Lead and develop a small team, including line management of a Content Development Officer, fostering a high-performing, values-aligned culture
Requirements:
Proven expertise in developing and leading content strategy at scale
Experience adapting or localising learning content for international markets or diverse cultural contexts
Strong skills in writing, editing, and commissioning adult-learning-focused educational content
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder content production across geographies and time zones
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, instructional designers, and technical teams
Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, including working with diverse groups such as healthcare professionals, lived experience advisors, and culturally diverse communities
Knowledge of and commitment to culturally responsive content development and inclusive practices
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience working within healthcare, mental health, or men's health-focused initiatives
Experience in knowledge translation, science communication, or translating research/evaluation findings for non-academic audiences
Familiarity with healthcare systems and professional accreditation requirements in Australia, Canada, UK, or US
Competency in managing content aligned with government and philanthropic funding agreements, including compliance and reporting
Experience working with learning management systems and digital learning platforms
Understanding of health professional education and continuing professional development
Experience working with healthcare professionals as key stakeholders and content contributors
