Job Responsibility

  • Drive the evolution of Manuchar’s global reward framework, aligning it with our growth ambitions and business strategy
  • build consistent job grading and strengthen pay governance, ensuring impactful and future-proof reward decisions
  • shape and implement competitive, sustainable and compliant global benefits programs
  • challenge and optimize cost structures to deliver maximum value for both employees and the business
  • lead the roll-out of development programs for emerging talent
  • focus on expatriate management and international employment policies to support our global workforce
  • oversee annual HR budgeting and quarterly forecasting, ensuring alignment with financial goals and compliance with local labour laws
  • stay up to date on legislative changes related to compensation and benefits to ensure compliance
  • lead various HR projects and initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization
  • take ownership of ad hoc tasks and complex cases, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience within the C&B domain, preferably in an international context
  • analytical mindset, experience with complex reporting and data analysis, and the ability to translate these into advice and optimizations
  • excellent presentation skills and experience in advising senior managers and in change management
  • outstanding communication skills in English and Dutch are a must
  • Spanish is a plus
  • knowledge of payroll and experience with Mercer is a plus
