  • take ownership of ad hoc tasks and complex cases, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience within the C&B domain, preferably in an international context
  • analytical mindset, experience with complex reporting and data analysis, and the ability to translate these into advice and optimizations
  • excellent presentation skills and experience in advising senior managers and in change management
  • outstanding communication skills in English and Dutch are a must
  • Spanish is a plus
  • knowledge of payroll and experience with Mercer is a plus
