Job Description

Reporting to the Global Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for advising and supporting managers as well as Employee Relations Business Partners regarding the application of various total compensation programs, policies, and practices. In this role, you will actively contribute to the organization’s ongoing transformation by supporting business needs aligned with the strategic plan.

Job Responsibility

  • Actively participate in the annual salary review process and in the management of incentive compensation programs while maintaining strong governance standards
  • Act as a champion of the job structure and the maintenance of compensation data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Evaluate new positions and ensure the ongoing maintenance of pay equity
  • Analyze data from compensation surveys and make recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of the total rewards offering and an optimal employee experience
  • Participate in the acquisition process by making recommendations on all aspects related to total compensation
  • Contribute to the management and promotion of employee benefits programs
  • Recommend opportunities to optimize and improve our processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience in total compensation
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will be collaborating with colleagues and clients across Canada
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Workday (asset)
