Job Responsibility:
Manage the communications team, overseeing day-to-day operations, task allocation, and project delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, messaging frameworks, and brand guidelines
Plan, prioritise, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality communications materials across various channels (internal platforms, website, newsletters, executive communications, social media, and more)
Support and guide the team in content creation, editing, and optimisation, providing technical and strategic input as needed
Develop and maintain content calendars, editorial plans, and workflow processes to enhance efficiency and visibility of ongoing initiatives
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating complex topics into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences
Monitor, measure, and report on communications effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Anticipate shifting priorities and adapt plans accordingly, maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Promote a culture of proactivity, accountability, and excellence within the team
Requirements:
Proven leadership and team management experience, ideally in a communications, content, or marketing function
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Strong project management experience, with the ability to implement processes, track progress, and deliver results efficiently
Technical knowledge of content creation tools, digital platforms, and communication workflows
Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and consistency in messaging and brand voice
High proficiency in English—both written and spoken—at a professional or native level
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to shift gears quickly, reprioritise tasks, and work under tight deadlines without compromising quality
Proactive mindset, creativity, and curiosity, always seeking ways to enhance communication strategies and team performance
Familiarity with corporate communications, branding, digital content best practices, and analytics
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience, including content management, communications strategy, and/or project management
