Job Description:

The Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Group is a division within Global Corporate Trust (GCT) division. CLOs are structured finance vehicles that issue both loan and equity liabilities, with the proceeds being used to buy a portfolio of collateral. Typical types of collateral include syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds & equity. We are establishing a centralized Global Trades Administration Team to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of trade processing across our CLO platform. This team will serve as a Center of Excellence, assuming full ownership of the end-to-end pending trade lifecycle, driving improvements in Straight Through Processing (STP) rates and reconciliation accuracy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and process pending trades received via STP, user driven trade loaders and manual trade inputs
  • Investigate and resolve STP failures, liaising with internal stakeholders and clients as needed
  • Manage trade intake templates and ensure accurate trade data ingestion into CDO Suite
  • Provide feedback to clients on trade output formatting and data quality issues
  • Collaborate with CLO Deal Admin, Analytics, and Client Management teams to streamline trade workflows
  • Support client onboarding and transitions to STP processes
  • Monitor and reconcile pending trades using end user computing (EUC) tools and applications
  • Maintain accurate records of trade statuses and contribute to daily cash file accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute reports on STP failures, failed trades, and break resolution metrics
  • Participate in UAT testing for system enhancements related to pending trades
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs, SLAs, and internal controls
  • Support audit and compliance reviews by maintaining robust documentation and audit trails
