Job Responsibility

Supervise and guide the team in reviewing and processing pending trades received through STP, user-driven trade loaders, and manual trade inputs, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational standards
Lead the resolution of STP failures by coordinating efforts across internal stakeholders and clients, providing strategic direction and removing obstacles to timely issue resolution
Oversee the New Asset setup process in collaboration with the Global Asset Management team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements
Establish and maintain robust controls over trade intake templates and the accuracy of trade data ingestion into CDO Suite, driving continuous improvement and accountability within the team
Provide feedback to clients on trade output formatting and data quality issues
Collaborate with CLO Deal Admin, Analytics, and Client Management teams to streamline trade workflows
Support client onboarding and transitions to STP processes
Monitor and reconcile pending trades using end user computing (EUC) tools and applications
Maintain accurate records of trade statuses and contribute to daily cash file accuracy
Prepare and distribute reports on STP failures, failed trades, and break resolution metrics
