Job Description

Proactive and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to join their Global Markets team managing a broad and varied portfolio of claims across Marine, Aviation, Property, and Casualty lines, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims while upholding exceptional service standards and strengthening client relationships

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of claims including coverage assessment, investigations, and evaluation
  • Negotiate fair settlements with policyholders, brokers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage an individual caseload efficiently
  • Work with third-party vendors and service providers
  • Represent the company in internal and external meetings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide support to senior adjusters, managers, and underwriters

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in claims handling
  • Knowledge of end-to-end claims processes
  • Experience building and managing relationships with brokers, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage caseloads effectively
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Professional qualifications such as ACII (or progress towards it) are advantageous
