Job Description

As a Category Manager Fibre & Fixed Access, you will manage fibre civil works services within the Access team of VPC Networks. You will lead end-to-end tendering processes, negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. You will influence procurement strategy, drive savings, and work with suppliers and internal teams globally.

Requirements

  • Industry knowledge of fibre services, telecom, and construction
  • Experience in supply chain and project management
  • Ability to manage international matrix environments
  • Strong negotiation skills in English and German (Fluent German language is mandatory)
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English and German
  • University degree (Master’s preferred)
