Job Description:

The project focuses on supporting a global organization in managing procurement activities within the Marketing category, including agencies, media, and digital suppliers. The role involves leading end-to-end sourcing processes, negotiating commercial terms, and drafting as well as negotiating contracts (MSA, SOW). The position requires close collaboration with international business stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards. It is delivered in a fast-paced, global environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability for measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • at least 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
  • solid exposure to the marketing category (agencies, media, digital, production, events)
  • successfully managed end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, supplier selection, and commercial negotiations
  • strong capability in drafting and negotiating marketing contracts (MSA, SOW, amendments)
  • confident working autonomously and making informed business decisions
  • effectively collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders
