Job Description:

Join our Global Growth Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving our global campaign strategy. As a Global Campaigns Manager, you will contribute to building and executing campaigns that build and accelerate pipeline. This role focuses on aligning pain points with OutSystems capabilities to build and execute compelling narratives that guide prospects through the full customer journey, ultimately leading to sales opportunities. This role requires close collaboration across marketing, sales, and product teams, along with strong project management skills, to ensure campaigns are well-orchestrated, scalable, and delivered on time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and execute full-funnel, integrated campaigns that tell a cohesive story across multiple channels
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, managing detailed project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, digital, corporate, marketing operations, developer relations, field marketing, and sales to activate and amplify campaigns globally and ensure effective lead follow up
  • Manage third-party vendors to expand database reach and engage high-quality target contacts
  • Set performance goals, track and analyze campaign results using tools like PowerBI and Salesforce, and continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven insights to maximize ROI

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B Enterprise Campaigns, growth marketing, demand generation experience
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, LookerStudio) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven project management expertise, including collaborating across teams, managing complex initiatives, and consistently meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating campaign briefs and aligning teams using frameworks like RACI
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in driving results
  • Experience in budget planning and managing marketing spend effectively

Nice to have:

  • Experience targeting technical or IT personas (e.g., developers, EAs, app dev leaders)
  • Familiarity with intent and ABM platforms like 6sense
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms such as On24 or Cvent a plus
  • Experience using Asana or other project management tools for campaign execution
