Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Marketing, The Global Campaigns Lead will be responsible for bridging the gap between digital marketing tactics to create integrated Global campaigns. This role will work with stakeholders in product marketing, field marketing, and sales to ideate on campaign themes & success metrics. They will work with their peers on the digital marketing team for activation & execution plans. The Lead will routinely connect, optimize, and disseminate the global marketing programs & campaigns spanning Paid Media, Organic Search, Email Nurture, Partner and Field activations. They will combine these individual tactics into integrated global campaigns which they will routinely share out with their regional field marketing & sales stakeholders, while working with their internal digital marketing stakeholders on end-to-end optimizations. They will also share learnings from message testing, creative testing, or other audience insights with their stakeholders in product and brand marketing to influence future creatives & campaign themes.

  • Coordinate the campaigns running in paid media, SEO, email nurture, web, and more, transforming them into integrated global campaigns with regular enablement & field + fact performance reviews
  • Build a regular cadence with field marketing & regional sales leadership to give them line of sight into what is running, what is working, and what opportunities there are in their regions
  • Leverage data from global marketing campaigns to influence & ideate campaign themes, opportunities, & activation plans
  • Build dynamic & personalized sales outreach / chat experiences for our target audience
  • Act as a consultant for your stakeholders by turning their desired outcomes into global marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Marketing experience across multi-facets of marketing teams, including campaign marketing, paid media, email marketing, sales enablement and marketing operations
  • Experience navigating and learning from large multinational organizations, navigating organizations going through change, from company acquisitions to re-structured teams
  • Clear, compelling communication and presentation style
  • Inquisitive, detail oriented, positive, team-player attitude
  • Relationship building & enablement experience with external stakeholders in product marketing, field marketing, and sales.
