As a Global Buyer, Spain Mainland, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our Spain Team. Based in Aix-en-Provence, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive hotel deals for our members, delivering top-quality travel experiences and strong business results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Spain to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings and calls
  • Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 4 years in business development, sales, or account management in the tourism sector
  • Excellent negotiation skills, confidence in dealing with suppliers, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
