Job Description

In this key role, you will support the development and execution of global brand strategic plans for Theramex’s Menopause and Contraception portfolios. You will play a vital part in driving brand performance, lifecycle management, go‑to‑market strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration—while engaging closely with local country teams to ensure global‑to‑local alignment.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development and execution of global brand strategic plans for Theramex’s Menopause and Contraception portfolios
  • Support strategic planning, market insights gathering, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support the development of Global Brand Plans, brand positioning, tactical ideation, and key messaging based on robust insights and competitive dynamics
  • Ensure alignment between global marketing priorities and local market needs
  • Support the development and execution of Global Brand Plans
  • Lead the development, execution, optimisation, and tracking of digital campaigns across multiple channels for Menopause and Contraception
  • Organise and attend key international conferences and events
  • Engage with markets through salesforce visits and KOL projects
  • Support the wider Global Marketing team on cross-portfolio activities as required
  • Manage projects with external agencies, ensuring projects follow internal approval processes, are delivered on time, and remain within budget
  • Ensure all activities adhere to relevant laws, industry regulations, and the ABPI Code of Practice
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and other core teams to deliver integrated brand plans and successful project execution

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or higher in a relevant science or business discipline
  • Strong, hands-on experience in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Confident leading end-to-end digital campaigns
  • Experience collaborating effectively across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and country teams
  • Experience managing agencies to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Clear communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Balance strategic thinking with excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable overseeing marketing budgets
  • Experience in global or regional brand management
  • Exposure to women’s health therapeutic areas would be an advantage
  • Collaborative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
