This role exists to bring Sunsilk’s purpose-led brand engagement to life across LATAM, turning insight into impactful communication, culture-driven campaigns, and innovation launches. You will help shape a brand that empowers self-expression through hair, combining creativity and rigor to drive growth across diverse markets.
Job Responsibility:
Co-lead the development and execution of Sunsilk’s ENGAGEMENT strategy and communication architecture across LATAM markets
Design and deliver regional engagement plans in close collaboration with local market teams
Lead development, adaptation, and deployment of brand engagement campaigns and assets (ATL, Digital, Social, PR, Content, Tech)
Act as project lead for core brand communication projects, ensuring OTIF delivery and high creative quality
Manage project execution including video (TV/digital), social, PR, content and technology assets
Enable precision and targeted marketing through creation of digital and social-first assets
Track and govern the correct implementation of Distinctive Brand Assets across markets
Partner closely with creative and production agencies to deliver best-in-class creative output
Drive excellence in Others Say, Digital and Technology, maximizing earned media opportunities
Contribute to STRATEGY and INNOVATION, including co-leading the regional strategic roadmap, defining innovation architecture with BU teams, and managing E2E innovation launches in selected LATAM markets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR or related field
Experience in brand communication or engagement roles (global or local)
Strong experience across communication mix including ATL, Digital, Social, PR and Content
Passion for the Beauty category (hair care strongly preferred)
Advanced English proficiency
Nice to have:
Experience in premium beauty, skin care or hair care brands
Strong understanding of the Brazilian media and digital landscape
