Job Description:

Global Proposal & Bid Management: Lead responses for complex RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring high-quality executive summaries and compliant submissions. Sales Enablement: Develop global sales decks, playbooks, battlecards, and industry-specific messaging frameworks. Strategic Deal Support: Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop 'win themes' and storytelling narratives for large-scale global pursuits. Content Architecture: Build and maintain a centralised repository of reusable solution assets, case studies, and response libraries. Continuous Improvement: Conduct win/loss analyses to refine solution positioning and improve proposal quality based on market feedback

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead responses for complex RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring high-quality executive summaries and compliant submissions
  • Develop global sales decks, playbooks, battlecards, and industry-specific messaging frameworks
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop 'win themes' and storytelling narratives for large-scale global pursuits
  • Build and maintain a centralised repository of reusable solution assets, case studies, and response libraries
  • Conduct win/loss analyses to refine solution positioning and improve proposal quality based on market feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years in proposal/bid management, sales enablement, or solution consulting
  • Direct experience in SaaS, HRMS, Payroll, or BPO is highly preferred
  • Excel at translating technical solutions into clear business value and compelling storytelling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Familiarity with RFP tools (e.g., Responsive.io, RFPIO) and an understanding of security compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001) is a major plus
  • Bachelor Degree

Nice to have:

  • Direct experience in SaaS, HRMS, Payroll, or BPO
  • Familiarity with RFP tools (e.g., Responsive.io, RFPIO) and an understanding of security compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001) is a major plus
