Job Responsibility

  • Drive business development efforts by highlighting Aon’s benchmarking expertise and serving as the subject-matter expert in client presentations and discussions
  • Manage and aid in achieving a regional revenue target while independently handling Benchmarking and Data & Analytics projects through to completion
  • Attend client meetings, support in presenting results and collaborating as a core member of the client service team
  • Apply knowledge of Aon’s benchmarking offerings and collaborate with the Market Research team to provide high-quality benchmarking services
  • Use strong technical and analytical skills to review and validate Quantum study outputs
  • Work directly with senior collaborators and account executives, gaining exposure to senior leaders across clients and the business
  • Contribute to a high-growth, data-informed team passionate about innovation and developing new client-value solutions
  • Play an integral role in delivering work that is central to the Global Benefits business at Aon
  • Manage and execute internal campaigns to promote the proposition, monitor project deliverables, and identify new business opportunities or out-of-scope work
  • Support senior consulting colleagues in developing new solutions and proposition for existing clients and contribute to business growth and new client acquisition
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes through ongoing training and development

Requirements

  • Direct experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm
  • Strong management and analytical ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects in as fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits
  • Demonstrated interest in the global environment, other cultures and languages
