We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Social & AI Manager to champion social-first marketing and accelerate tech transformation across Beauty and Wellbeing. Combining brand storytelling, community leadership, data/AI fluency, and operational rigor at scale. This dynamic role will focus on harnessing the power of Gen AI and Agentic to reimagine how content and social first marketing are planned, executed, and optimized across the global business group. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about the rapidly evolving world of technology and its potential to revolutionize consumer marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, global markets, and external partners to implement innovative tech solutions and ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives. This role reports to the Global Digital Director, based out of Singapore.

Job Responsibility:

  • Content Management: Collaborate with the Senior Global Digital Manager to adapt and scale content capabilities across markets, ensuring alignment with local marketing strategies and agile business requirements
  • Social-First Marketing Capabilities Building: Lead the design & POC execution of social-first content capabilities, ensuring platform-native storytelling, creative optimization, and consistency with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice
  • Trendspotting & Audience-Centricity: Proactively identify emerging social trends, formats, and audience behaviors to inspire campaign ideas and content innovations that keep the brand relevant and culturally resonant
  • Tech & AI Integration Support: Work on integrating innovative tech solutions — including Generative AI and emerging Agentic AI applications — into the end-to-end content model to optimize workflows, accelerate creativity, and improve efficiency
  • Content Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of content (organic and paid), supporting continuous test-and-learn approaches to optimize growth
  • Project & Partner Management: Ensure smooth project delivery by managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and reporting across multiple workstreams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in social-first content creation and campaign execution, content management and/or project management
  • Experience in a global/regional brand, tech company, or high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated use of AI in marketing or content workflows
  • Experience managing teams or agencies across regions
