The Global Assistant Category Manager will be based in Singapore, reporting to the Marketing Manager. The incumbent will play a key role in achieving the ambition to double the business. Job Responsibility:
Support the marketing strategy for Unilever Partnerships and drive sustainable growth for Unilever brands
Contribute to crafting a distinctive portfolio tailored for the hospitality and travel channels
Forge strategic partnerships and deliver sustainable, innovative solutions for hotel and travel partners globally
Help develop B2B marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and performance marketing
Support building strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies across industries worldwide
Work with cross-functional teams to land innovations in market fast with impact
Lead the development and implementation of our sustainability agenda, ensuring our portfolio is not only competitive in the market but also aligns with the sustainability standards set by our key global partners
Support implementation of strategy and marketing innovations and activities
Aid all global clusters to seed and incubate selected brands like Dove, Lux, Simple, TREsemme, Rexona, Shea moisture among others across markets
OTIF delivery of all key strategic projects across brands
Research on hospitality and travel industry sustainability goals and trends. Identify where Unilever Partnerships can innovate and design to meet those needs for BPC in OOH channels
Business Migration/ Transitioning, end-to-end project management
To launch key niche brands and portfolio across identified white space markets
Develop a strong funnel marketing model for B2B marketing – drive digital first performance marketing across social, search, analytics
Supervise product artwork development aligns with BPC identity and branding guidelines
Partner Business Development teams with sales supporting materials (e.g. product information sheets, selling decks, product samples etc.)
Support the Marketing Manager with other business requirements – be open to being flexible
Key interface with UI category teams, Business Development Managers, Key Customers and Agency for brand plans (e.g PR, Social and Creative agencies)
Requirements:
1-3 years marketing experience with a strong consumer focus
Experience in hospitality and travel industry is highly desirable
Strong track record of consistent in market delivery
Deep desire to do something exceptional in life
Passionate about creating purposeful, sustainable change in the hospitality and travel industry
Strong analytical, writing, communication & influencing skills
Ability & agility to work in diverse, fast paced organization
