Deliveroo Advertising’s vision is to be the media channel of choice to connect advertisers, restaurants and retailers to our marketplace users (consumers, partners and riders). Deliveroo Advertising is a Global full-funnel media proposition both on and off platform. Advertisers will pay us to influence consumers to purchase products that are sold on and off our marketplace. We are looking for a Global Ads Operations Executive to join Deliveroo. The Ads Operations will be based in our HQ in London (with flexible, hybrid working), supporting campaigns for our Restaurant Partners, Non Endemic and CPG Advertisers, and will report to the Head of Operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with Advertisers (including FMCGs, Non Endemic brands and Merchants) and Client Partner Leads to develop & activate comprehensive on/off platform digital and non digital media campaigns
  • Support the planning, setup and activation of on-platform and off-platform advertising campaigns in collaboration with Client Partner Leads and Advertisers
  • Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring campaigns launch on time and run smoothly throughout their lifecycle
  • Assist with mid-flight checks and basic optimisations, escalating issues or opportunities to senior team members where needed
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard, following established processes, compliance requirements and creative guidelines
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Ads, Commercial, Product and Ops to coordinate campaign delivery
  • Help maintain and follow standard operating procedures and playbooks to support consistent campaign execution globally
  • Support campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, helping to compile results and insights for internal and external stakeholders
  • Use data and dashboards to monitor campaign performance against key metrics and flag learnings or anomalies
  • Contribute to operational improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements as the business scales

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising, media operations, digital marketing or a related role (agency, publisher, platform or in-house)
  • Hands-on experience supporting or executing digital advertising campaigns across channels such as display, social, search or email
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns or tasks at once
  • A basic understanding of digital advertising metrics such as CTR, CPA and ROAS, with an interest in learning more about performance optimisation
  • Comfortable working with data, reports and tools, with the ability to follow processes and work to deadlines
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to shared goals
